The people behind The Audit Portal

About me & my background

Marc Lanzkowsky, Founder and Architect of The Audit Portal

Marc Lanzkowsky
Founder & Architect

I'm Marc Lanzkowsky, Founder and Architect of The Audit Portal. Over the last 25 years, I've worked in the trenches of insurance claims and risk management, serving in senior leadership roles like VP of Claims Operations at Healthcare Risk Advisors and SVP of Home Office Claims at Arch Insurance. I didn't just manage these organizations—I actively audited files, developed comprehensive audit programs, and managed auditing teams responsible for hundreds of audits across multiple lines of business.

After years of watching audits turn into endless, manual spreadsheet exercises, I knew there had to be a better way. I built The Audit Portal because the industry needed a tool designed by someone who actually understands the day-to-day reality of claims auditing—a platform that enforces consistency, captures findings in the moment, and eliminates the busywork of manual reporting.
